Overall purpose of the position:
The Relationship Manager is responsible for managing business partner relationships and to identify new and develop current business resources.

Job Specifications:
• Building supplier and dealership relationships supported by administration support relationships
• Managing dedicated portfolio regarding growth and profitability
• Customer complaints
• Travelling will be a requirement visiting dealer offices nationally and attending sales conferences
• Attending and reporting back on Insurance Supplier meetings
• Full Weekly & Monthly Dealership Reporting, Sales, Underwriting queries liaison and set targets must be achieved
• Administration and Management of Dealerships (on boarding process)
• Identify new and develop current business resources
• Enhance growth of Portfolio allocated by retaining business and managing the quality of endorsements (Renewals), New Business and Retention's, Up selling of VAPS and any related risk
• Attending to all actions and managing unprofitable and profitable portfolio’s
• Communicate and educate F&I’s on business processes (Underwriting, Claims etc.)
• Identifying possible ad hoc growth opportunities
• Understanding of processes and SLA’s assisting in enhancing and improving business processes
• Setting up monthly sales meetings with all stakeholders (administrative support and sales) reporting to HOD

Qualifications & Experience:
• Matric
• NQF Level 4 - Full qualification (Short-term insurance) as set by regulation
• Regulatory Exam Level 1 Successfully completed
• A minimum of five (5) years´ relationship building and management experience
• Knowledge of the dealer network and previous experience in the management of dealer business will be advantageous.
• DOFA confirmation from FSB
• SKi system experience (Genasys system) will be an advantage
