Relationship Manager with Short Term Insurance experience, preferably with knowledge of the Dealer Network and experience in the management of Dealer business, required to manage business partner relationships and identify new and develop current business resources.

Minimum requirements:
• Grade 12
• NQF4 Short Term Insurance qualification required
• RE essential
• Minimum 5 years’ relationship building and management experience required
• Knowledge of Dealer network and previous Dealer business management experience preferred
• DOFA confirmation required
• Must eb willing to travel to Dealer Offices nationally

Responsibilities:
• Build Supplier and Dealer relationships
• Managing dedicated portfolio re growth and profitability
• Customer complaints
• Visit Dealer Offices nationally
• Attending and reporting back on Insurance Supplier meetings
• Weekly and monthly Dealership reporting, sales, underwriting queries, targets etc
• Administration and management of Dealerships (onboarding)
• Identify new and develop current business resources
• Portfolio growth and enhancement – retention, managing quality of endorsements, new business, portfolio management
• Attend to all actions and management unprofitable and profitable portfolios
• Liaise with F&I’s on business process
• Set monthly sales meetings
