Hospitality qualification. Previous experinece in the service industry especially in dealing with guests and staff. Previous hotel/lodge reception management experience. Excellent communication skills. Good organisational ability. Must adhere to world class hospitality and service standards. Professional, courteous, hospitable to guests. Must be able to cope under pressure to meet guests needs. Must be able to lead people and correct things when needed. Hones, have good integrity, proactive and driven person who has career ambitions. Valid South African Drivers Licence. Quickbooks knowledge.- Distributing of occupancy forecasts- Communicating any updates on day sheets and reservations- Double check room allocations- Ensuring telephones and radios are answered timeously and professionally- Ensuring gratuities spreadsheet is updated and balances- Compiling of guest feedback- Ensuring safari shop is open at all times and guest ready- Assisting with geust check in and out- Hosting of guests
