3 years 5* Lodge admin, F/O & Human Resources experience required.

A financial qualification.

The main purpose of the lodge finance administrator is to manage

the financial/administration office for the lodges.

The main purpose of the Relief F/O Manager is to effectively manage

the Day Receptionist, Night Receptionist and the operation of the back office,

including the switchboard, radio communication and daily administrative duties.

The main purpose of the Lodge Human Resources Manager is to:

provide support and guidance to members of the management team

to better enable them to manage according to the Lodge's vision, mission and values,

and in accordance with the company’s HR policies and procedures

oversee staff health and welfare; and

facilitate development projects with designated communities on the outskirts of the Reserve.

Salary R 10.500.00 including accommodation and company benefits.
