Our Client currently seeks exceptional Italian Customer Service Consultants to join their internationally-acclaimed winning team!
Entry Requirements:

• Fluent in Italian and English (written and verbal skills)
• Customer Service experience (desirable)
• An ability to work 40 hours per week with flexible shifts between Monday – Saturday on a rotational shift roster (no Sunday work)
• Computer Literacy skills
• Starting times: 06h00/07h00/08h00/09h00
• Saturdays: 09h00 – 18h30 * Excellent written skills is required

Main duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Providing customer support for incoming queries from customers in Italian and English
• Communicating with customers to ensure understanding of products/ services
• Resolving customer's complaint by determining the cause of the problem; and clarifying and explaining the best possible solution to solve the problem

Why should you apply?

• Base salary: R160 000 per year
• Retention bonus: R30 000 for every year of service
