Our Client, an international company with offices situated in Fiji, is currently seeking Portuguese speaking Consultants to provide customer services to their clientele.

Minimum Requirements: 

• Fluent in Portuguese and English (verbal and written)
• Ability to work 42.50 hours per week on a flexible shift basis
• Secondary education
• Computer literacy skills

Main duties:

• Assisting customers with flight bookings/ re-bookings/ cancellation of flights
• Assisting customers with tracking lost baggage
• General customer services within the airline industry

Salary and benefits:

• Training provided (2 – 8 weeks dependant on the airline)
• Relocation and visa costs provided
• Basic salary of 15000 FJD per year
• Attendance bonus- 1700 FJD
