As a Remuneration Accountant, your 10 years’ experience as a Fund Accountant or Remunerations Accountant will stand you in good stead. Responsibilities include f the management of all remuneration, incentives and share schemes. Qualification:

CA with 10 years’ experience
Income Tax / PAYE knowledge
8 years’ experience in managing incentive schemes
Accounting or Payroll certificate/diploma advantageous is desirable
Foreign exchange translation exposure
Efiling experience

Skills & Experience:

Manage, analyse and administer company benefits
· Annual bonus and increase process and analysis
· Benefits Policy reviews
· End to end management of Company Incentive Schemes
· Responsible for research development and implementation of remuneration and benefit strategies
· Analyse, review and update company remuneration policy
· Prepare RemCom documentation
· Review monthly payroll
· Create reports, procedures and systems and continuously monitor and enhance current remuneration services
