QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
• BComm Finance / BComm HR or equivalent qualification with 3 to 5 years of experience in
remuneration data analysis, job evaluation and grading, employee benefits administration. Answer
• Incumbent must have strong statistical, analytical and research skills. Answer
• Should be self-directed, detail-orientated and demonstrate high ability to maintain
confidential and sensitive information. Answer
• Must have high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Answer
• Must be able to negotiate with various stake holders at multiple levels. Answer

• Evaluate and analyse job duties and responsibilities and put together an equitable and
competitive salary in consultation with the R&B Manager. Answer
• Evaluate or assess market data and remuneration trends and make recommendations
for new appointment salaries, promotion and interim assignments. Answer
• Participate in remuneration surveys and analyse resulting data. Answer
• Preparation of reports and analytical support to be provided for ongoing special projects

• Routine checks and audits to be done in order to ensure the accuracy of information
housed on the human resources information system. Answer
• Must stay current and updated on the market development, remuneration and benefits
best practices, relevant legal, legislative, governance compliance s and requirements. Answer
