Requirements (non-negotiable)
•Sales experience - residential rental experience extremely advantageous
•Self driven and mature
•Driver's license and own vehicle essential
•Own Cellphone
•Proven sales track record (references confirming your ability to reach and exceed targets required)
•Money hungry - very lucrative industry, but you must be driven
•Cold calling - excellent telephonic manner Advantages
•Not area bound - you can sell anywhere to anyone
•Management style - Open door policy but very structured and regular performance reviews
•Flexi time - structure your own day (8 hours, you set the day up)

Remuneration
•Commission only - split 50/50 of rental •Split 50/50 of Managed Properties - this is an added opportunity to increase monthly income
