RENTAL OPERATIONS TEAM LEADER

Position Description:

• Ensure the performance of the RENTAL OPERATIONS SUPPORT in the coastal region, from request to installation, including disinfection and cancellation.
• Track assets and orders as well as forecast future supply needs

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assume responsibilities of RENTAL OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT
• Effectively managing a team of 11 people
o Strong people management (Drivers, Disinfection Center Staff)
• Responsible for operations of 4 cleaning centers nationally
• Asset management and tracking
• Collaborate between Sales, Marketing and Rental Operations
• Monthly Dashboard
• Continuously improve program
• Responsible for SLA and SOP with customers
• Responsible for vehicle fleet

Qualifications:

• Matric / Gr. 12 or Equivalent
• Tertiary Qualification – Logistics / Supply Chain Management (Major Advantage)

Requirements:

• Min. 2 years’ experience in similar position
