Are you a Replenishment/ Demand Planner wanting to work on an international fashion brand?

Our client, based in the eat of Johannesburg, is looking for an experienced Demand Planner to join their team.

Reporting to the Planning Manager, the incumbent will be: 

• Accountable for ensuring an efficient replenishment inventory process for the brand.
• The Replenishment/ Demand Planner position leads the dialogue each month for the key account customers and products with counterparts in the Sales, Procurement and Merchandise teams.
• Reporting once a month as part of the planning reporting process the replenishment planner compiles forecasts for all key accounts.
• This sales forecast is used by the business for short and long term capacity planning, production materials planning and wholesale key accounts supply requirements 

Applicants will need to meet the minimum criteria detailed below in order to be considered for this role:

• Completed BCom degree (Statistics/ Economics) or Business Administration
• A background in fashion and experience within the fashion industry
• 2-3 years of experience in stock/ inventory management
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (V-Lookups, Pivots)
• Good negotiation skills
• Be process driven
• Excellent communication skills
