Scope of Work:

Senior Management level resource – proven track record with managing teams and projects. Experience in managing Software Asset Management environments a plus.
Software License Management Project
Management and oversight of license management project, ensuring that the transition project executes within timeline and overall governance is managed and reported. Having proper oversight to the program will insure that deliverables are timely and of the right quality, processes are being followed, and the software risks are minimized as we transition into a new way of work.
Monthly Reporting into the Steering Committee on project progress
Oversight of the Supplier Relationship, License Management and Cost Control teams and related deliverables – required skills around overall management of people and teams

Period Required: Immediately – 6 month contract
