Degree in Cosmetics Chemistry/ Chemistry/Chemical Engineering or related science (BSc/M.Sc/P.hD)

At least 5-15 years of formulations experience in related filed plus some supervisory experience (Skincare, Personal Care, Color as benefit)

Strong written and oral communication skills in English with strong personality
Sound commercial and financial awareness and understanding of branded consumer goods
Must have a proven track record of driving innovative product development successfully in a fast paced environment
Must be a team player and have a proven ability to perform multiple tasks and work within a matrix organization structure with exceptional time management and project management skills
Must be creative/innovative and willing to take calculated risk with experimentation
Knowledge of competitor activities, market dynamic, source of innovation/technology, RI development

1. Develop Product Profile
2. Design and Develop Formula
3.Complete required bench work and Conduct preliminary testing with Creates Marketing Submission
4.Base Formula, Final Testing with Product Performance, Commercialization and Release Formula with information Flow
5. Support continued development (downstream needs)
