SPA - Admin & Reservations Manager.

4* Hotel Health Spa - Sandton - Gauteng.

Diploma or Degree in hotel management as a minimum.

At least 5 (five) years experience within a Front Office / Rooms Division Management of hotel and / or Spa combination.

Advanced knowledge and experience in Excel and PMS systems ( OPERA Fidelio and / or Hotsoft is of advantage)

Own transport required.

Be willing to work as the business requires

Strong skills required in both front of house and back of house in a Spa environment

Strong in administration - system formulation, control and management (rate codes, splits, package building)

Be able to manage and resolve guest complaints and queries

Effectively manage the reservations of the spa, and convert sales

Full turnkey revenue management in conjunction with bookkeeper

Be well versed in marketing and up selling techniques

Must be able to provide duty management in operations

Salary R18000.00 - R20.000.00 Medical Aid & Provident Fund
