Hospitality management qualification with further 3 - 4 years Reservation experience required.

Computer literate and be familiar with front of house computer systems - Opera PMS, MS Word, Excel & Outlook.

Strong administrative and managerial skills required.

Experience in and knowledge of all policies and procedures related to Reservations & F/O House.

Must have sound knowledge of disciplinary policies and procedures.

Excellent Guest Relations skills required.

Excellent Staff Relations skills required.

Must be skilled in dealing with all staff related issues.

Salary R 15 750 negotiable accommodation inclusive.
