Reporting to the Reservations Manager at this 5 star hotel in Sandton area.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year’s experience in a 4* or 5* Reservations Position (Essential)
• OPERA “Individual and Group/ Block Reservations” (Essential)
• Experience with OTA ExtraNET platforms
• Basic Computer skills (MS Windows literate) & Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications
• Excellent Administration Skills and accuracy
• Excellent Telephonic Communication Skills with a cheerful and professional telephonic manner
• Able to work under pressure
• Able to work shift work and Weekends on a rotational basis with reliable transport arrangements
• A natural flair for marketing and sales – on-selling of hotel facilities is required

Qualifications:

• Minimum Grade 12 (Matric)
• Hotel School Diploma/Tourism Diploma or National Qualification equivalent an advantage
