With a 5-star spa, almost 100 rooms, and facilities to host any wedding and/or event, this position will only suit someone who is energetic and can work well under pressure. The successful candidate must possess excellent people, communication and organizational skills as well as be fully computer literate in MS Word, Excel and Outlook. An understanding of OPERA will be highly advantageous.Requirements: • Matriculation certificate (or the equivalent)• Hotel Management Diploma would be an added advantage.• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position• Have a thorough knowledge of policies and procedures regarding hotel reservations i.e. room types, rates, allocations and future availability, deposits, payment and cancellation policies and procedures• Able to work shiftsRemuneration: R8000.00This position is a FIXED TERM 6-MONTH CONTRACT with the possibility of becoming a permanent position.
