A leading luxury resort in Mozambique is looking for a temporary reservationist to assist in our head office in Sandton, South Africa.Key attributes:Solid experience in a reservations roleExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAttention to detailExperience in and knowledge of reservations systems such as InnkeeperKey Duties:Handling of email/ bookings and telephonic enquiriesLiaison with potential, current, and repeat guestsLiaison with tour operators and other members of the tradeLiaison with the various departments at the ResortProcessing of bookings from start to finish in accordance with booking procedures and policiesAdhering to and communicating booking procedures and strict timelines of policiesThe creation and maintenance of client information and profiles on various platformsThe creation and updating of transfer schedulesStaying up to date with and implementing marketing activities relating to reservationsPresenting monthly reports on reservations activitiesKnow and keep updated with latest product knowledgeEnsure all information provided to guests and agents is the correct informationAll policies (new and old) must be refreshed (worked through) by Reservations and Reception to maintain a consistent messageInnkeeper & Database - managing the system inputs correctly
