We are looking for a candidate who is socially focused, detail orientated and highly organised leader who can operate under pressure to manage the reservations function for luxury 5* properties. Previous ExperienceMust have at least 3 years 5* Hotel experience in a reservations or coordinating role; as well as at least 1 years 5* Hotel experience in a reservations or coordination supervisory role or 2 years 5* Hotel experience in a front office management role.Hospitality Management Diploma Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Outlook, Word and ExcelWorking knowledge of Opera property management system and various extranet distribution channelsHighly presentable Key Responsibilities:To manage the Reservations Department for The Twelve Apostles Hotel and Spa and Bushmans Kloof Wilderness Reserve and Wellness Retreat.To ensure that the highest standard of performance and service is achieved when reserving accommodation, function space and additional services.To maximize the occupancy and average room rates of the properties by applying the guidelines and procedures of the department.
