A large world class Hotel Group is looking for an experienced and passionate Reservations Manager for one of their properties based in Nelspruit.Qualifications / Experience required are as follows:Grade 12Tertiary education with a relevant qualificationPrevious experience in a 4-5*hotelExperience of hotel booking systemGood Communications skillsComputer skills – Excel, Word and outlookExperience of training team members to achieve and maintain standardsYou will need:Highly computer literateFluent in English and Afrikaans (3rd language would be an advantage)Organised and structured approachHigh level of attention to detailPassion and pride for their workDuties include:Coordinate with sales and reservation team for all room bookingsSupervise efficient working of sales associates and provide training to resolve all issues and provide training to employees to maintain all everyday schedule.Oversee reservation administration and provide update to reservation systems and process all requests and manage inventory of all processes and recommend ways to maximize revenue.Collaborate with staff development and provide require feedback and assist to answer all incoming calls and manage all online inquiries.Only short listed candidates will be contacted.
