• Min 3 years Front Office experience in a 4/5 star hotel
• Min 3 years Reservations experience in a 4/5 star hotel
• Experience on Amadeus, Starlight and Opera (Preferable)
• Grade 12 (Essential)
• Hotel Management Diploma/Degree (Desirable)
• Point of Sale system experience (Essential)

• Good knowledge of PMS System
• Knowledge of Hotel Front Office procedures
• Management of Guest satisfaction processes
• Interpersonal skills
• Problem Solving Skills
• Good Communication skills
• Ability to multitask• Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office, PMS Systems and Third Party Extranet Sites
