Presently, an opportunity exists to join our Reservations Team. The ideal candidate will be a friendly positive person able to work well in a team and someone who has a track record of being able to work independently.

Specialist competencies:
• Hospitality Diploma or other relevant tertiary qualification
• Solid reservation operations and revenue management experience (3 – 5 years, preferably at management/supervisory level)
• Knowledge on GDS operating systems, internet and extranets
• Must have worked with Opera (or similar system)
• Strong sales acumen and proven track record with strong ability to upsell and ‘close’
• Demonstrable competence in rapport building and networking
