Kendrick Recruitment is now looking for a Reservations and Sales Consultant for a group of 5* Lodges based in the stunning Botswana wilderness. This position will be based at their Head Office situated in Parkhurst, Johannesburg. The role includes providing consultations to clients with respect to enquires on travel schedules, packages and other travel related enquiries. Thorough knowledge on travel destinations, tours, accommodation and transport will be essential. The role will also include updating all promotional material such as the website and brochures and so a background in marketing would be preferred. General reservations procedures will be required such as bookings, follow ups, payments etc. On the sales side of things you will be expected to sell the lodges and the various packages offer to buyers.To be concidered for this position please make sure you have the following requirements: 3 years experience in reservations/sales in a 5* establishmentA hospitality qualification is preferable.
