Skills & Experience:

Responsible for quality control of completed work

Quality control on site

Preparation of payment certificates

Checking variation orders

Rehabilitation and reseal projects for roads

Check that designs are accurately followed through in construction

Experience working on SANRAL projects

Manage the Assistant Resident Engineer and Materials Technician

Minimum of 10 -15 years’ experience related to road projects


Job Description:

Work on prestigious SANRAL road projects and be responsible for overseeing the entire project on site for the Consulting Engineers. Preparing payment certificates, checking variation orders and designs are accurately followed in construction. Oversee the quality of contractors work on site. Manage a Materials Technician and Assistant Resident Engineer. Have a good understanding of rehabilitation, resealing and materials for roads construction projects. SANRAL experience is essential. Minimum of 10 -15 years’ experience related to road projects.
