Large Luxury Game Lodge -  Limpopo.

Hotel Management qualification with 5 years relevant experience in a Hotel or Game Lodge environment.

( Our client is not seeking a experienced Restaurant Manager. )

Management of the Food & Beverage department.

To be able to work independently with strong decision making skills.

The correct person will show initiative , be a good communicator and must be able to train the F&B team.

He/she will excel at controls , and will be able to implement systems and procedures .

Must be computer literate with report writing skills. Computer knowledge

required: MS Office – all especially Excel and Micros Fidelio .

Hands on person but also a person that can delegate  2 x Asst. F&B Managers as well as

2 x Jnr Asst. F&B Managers who needs to be taught how to manage.

Excellent Guest & Staff relations skills required.

In depth knowledge of stock management

Oversee all meal setups and displays, inspecting all food for correct presentation and temperature,

ensuring a smooth flow of service and assisting the guests with any queries or concerns.

The supply of necessary tools for the team to conduct their job to the highest standard must be maintained.

Motivation, skill improvement and continuous development of the team.

Salary R 20 000 including accommodation and company benefits.
