Our client in Thailand is seeking a young, enthusiastic and responsible Resident Manager.

Hospitality Management Qualification with further 5 years Hotel Management experience in 4* Boutique Hotels

& Island or Beach Resort experience required.

The candidate should have a strong personality & outstanding skills in leading people.

Strong managerial skills required.

Excellent Guest Relations skills needed.

Experience in challenging work environment

Working with the local staff will require immense patience, as well as respect to local customs

and mostly Muslim religion is necessary in order to succeed.

Salary of 60 000 Thai Baht per month NETT ( R 23 000 - R 24 000 NETT ), after taxes.

Work permit and visa for Thailand.

Accommodation, in a bungalow on an Island to the value of 8000 Baht per month.

Local Transportation, scooter

3 Meals per day.

Uniform and the laundry thereof.

Local medical aid.

A 6 day work week, 10 public holidays and 15 days annual leave.

2 year contract.
