My client, an established and successful BPO is seeking to employ an experienced:
Resource Consultant – Call Centre

The Role:

The purpose of this role is to source and place the right people into the business and to take responsibility for all administration aspects of the recruitment and selection process including identifying, interviewing, evaluating and selecting qualified employees to effectively meet the organisation’s talent requirements.

Administration
Reporting

Qualifying Criteria:
Matric / Grade 12
3 years experience in BULK Recruitment with a background in HR – preferably Call Centre
Must be currently employed in a similar role
Advanced MS Suite
Excellent written and spoken command of English
South African Citizen’s ONLY

Salary on Offer:
R19,000 CTC per month – Dependent on experience and an annual performance bonus
