Our client is looking for a Resourcing Office x2 to arrange interview / assessment / venue. Coordinate the assessment and ensure all parties are available
Description
Education and Minimum Requirements

Minimum required qualification: Matric and Bachelor’s Degree in related field (or equivalent qualification) will be an advantage
Minimum required experience: At least three to five years General Human Resources experience. Specialized experience in recruitment. Experience of recruiting within the South African legislative framework

Responsibilities

Receive monthly workforce plan
Advertising of vacant position internally as well as externally web and social media.
Review and prepare advert content to ensure quality, correctness and alignment with policy / internal guidelines
Send advert for publishing internally / externally according to staff requisition or policy
Receiving and acknowledging applications of internal and external candidates
Response handling. Update the status of the application through the process and advice candidate at each of the necessary communication steps (manually until automated on system)
Do initial screening of CV’s to exclude outliers
Engage with Human Resources manager to do final shortlist and decide on assessment
Arrange interview / assessment / venue. Coordinate the assessment and ensure all parties are available
Obtain assessment results from line / Human Resources manager
Obtain pre-employment documentation from candidate. Audit documentation to ensure it meets the required standards; else engage with Human Resources to get documents up to required level.
Send information for security vetting
Contact references to obtain reference reports (external candidate only)
Upon approved staff movement form type an offer of employment
Obtain sign-off on offer of employment from Human Resources Shared Services Manager
Send offer of employment to line manager / Human Resources for final review, sign-off and handover to prospective candidate
Follow up to confirm acceptance and any issues that needs to be addressed escalated / offer negotiation
Upon acceptance inform Human Resources / Line Manager, send electronic on boarding pack to prospective candidate
Check on boarding pack for completion and send to payroll
Inform employee and line manager of employee number
Inform employee of membership number for medical aid
Engage with clinic to do pre-employment medical where applicable
