A top full service restaurant brand ist seeking an experienced stand-alone brand/franchise restaurant GENERAL manager with the following essential requirements:-A Diploma/Degree specialising in Hospitality ManagementProven track record in managing a brand establishment with high monthly turnovers in highly pressurised environmentMinimum 3 years restaurant GM experience for an recognised full service franchise/brand restaurant Excellent FRANCHISE RESTAURANT BRAND experience in full service operations (not only QSR) Must have managed a workforce of no less than 40 employeesExcellent financial acumen and understanding of budgeting, costings, expense control, payroll etcMust be prepared to work extended hours if required.Own transport essential.Stable track record - no job hoppers will be considered plus must provide recent contactable referencesOnly candidates with the above specific experience need apply.
