Job Description: To achieve employee retention, customer satisfaction, profit and sales targets as well as maintaining restaurant operational excellence in accordance with Company policies and procedures through team management. A broad overview of functions includes:
*Ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including product preparation & delivery
*Customer relations, customer satisfaction and customer retention
*Stock & cash management, restaurant maintenance & repair
*Team leadership, recruitment and retention of team members, staff development

Requirements and Qualifications:
*A Strong People Focus: training & development, fostering a positive culture
*Crazy about delighting customers and a passion for Hospitality - Willing to work Hospitality Industry hours, including night shift
*Leadership ability / Ability to work under pressure / Adaptability / Report writing / Drafting correspondence
*Staff management – including Reward and recognition / Succession planning / Performance management of staff
*Fluent in at least two of the 11 official languages – English plus one
*Communication, numeric and computer [especially Excel] proficiency
*Financial acumen and business skills
*Prioritising of activities / Planning and Organising / Time Management
*A ‘Can do’ attitude
*5 to 8 years of work experience is preferable with minimum of 1 to 3 years in a senior supervisory role in Hotel / Retail / Production / Manufacturing
