Restaurant General Manager

Salary: R18-R20K
Area: Atlantic Seaboard

Unique opportunity offered at this popular and etsbalished restaurant. You are tasked with the day to day operations and thus increasing revenue. Duties include – inventory/stock controls/budget control/profit and loss/costings, staff management of both back + front of house, maintain housekkeeping and hygiene std’s of the venue + health and saftey std’s and then guest relations.
You have strong leadership ability, excellent people skills, a finacial apatitude and able to handle pressure. You must be able to work shifts and public holidays.

Essential – a Matric (adv any qualifications) + own transport, computer literate, reside in the area coupled with minimum of 5 yrs exp in a similar upmarket environment
