Work Experience:

? The applicant must have at least 4 years of senior/general manager experience in the proposed field.
? Good knowledge of duties and procedures in a restaurant environment.
? Computer knowledge (word, outlook, excel)
? Knowledge of Pilot software.
? Experience in large restaurants is beneficial
? Food Cost Experience

Duties include, but are not limited to:

? Implement and follow the rules of the company (code of conduct)
? Maintain dress code standards
? Deal with customers, compliments and complaints, follow up etc. – Customer Service
? Maintain and sustain top service levels
? Manage a large staff compliment
? Checking that all duties have been completed by staff.
? Present a positive image of the company

? Assist in all areas where needed
? Opening and closing duties
? Food costing
? Developing business strategies
? Budget plans and managing them
? Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines etc.
? Overseeing stock levels
? Ordering stock
? Discipline of staff
? Overseeing proper use, cleaning and quality of equipment
? Maintain quality standards
