Head Chef needed for fine dining Restaurant in Pretoria. Looking for individuals with 8+ years senior chef experience. Experience in a Restaurant environment essential. Must be able to coordinate and manage a busy kitchen operation. Main focus will be food preparation and quality control. Will be responsible for kitchen control systems and stock management. Candidates must be able to run a pass without coordinators. Only experienced candidates with good references need to apply. Must be able to create and prepare modern dishes at highest standards. Very high paced and busy environment. Salary R 20000 - 30000 K CTC depending on experience.
