Restaurant Manager
Picturesque Large Estate - Centurion - Pretoria.
Be able to manage a 300 seater restaurant to a 5 star standard.
Ensures that standards are maintained in the restaurant/s at all times in relation to service delivery and hygiene requirements.
Assists with standardizing portions used and shares responsibility for the controlling of food, beverage and labour costs within
set norms within the department.
Contributes to ensuring that guest satisfaction is established and maintained by the employees of the restaurant.
Contributes to developing menus and menu prices, beverage lists and beverage prices with the aim of achieving maximum sales
and meet or exceed budgeted profit percentages.
 
Requirements
Matric (Grade 12)
Tertiary Qualification in Food & Beverages
Previous Restaurant Management 3 (Years)
Micros knowledge Essential
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Must be GUEST service driven, a TEAM player with a positive attitude
To have Managerial & Organizational skills
Computer Literacy essential (Excel & Word)
Work / perform well under pressure
To have a professional appearance
 Salary R 16 000 - R 18 000 including company benefits.
