Restaurant Manager and Trainer Durban

Our Client is seeking a well experienced Restaurant Manager/ Trainer to join this reputable establishment.

• Responsible for the overall management of the restaurant

• Must have Matric and Knowledge of Pilot POS is essential

• A formal Hospitality Management / Food and Beverage Management qualification will be an advantage

• Must have a minimum of 2/3 years’ experience within a similar position and environment • Seeking a good all-rounder and a hands-on indvidual

• Strong control and management skills essential to this role

• Must have good communication and people skills

• Implementation, control & application of all company policies & procedures as per staff handbook

• Ensuring the shop runs efficiently

• Ensure customers are happy • Ensure shop assistants are motivated & happy

• Ensure the vibe of the shop is maintained

• Complete daily opening & closing procedures checklist

• Maintaining & controlling staff duty rosters including all labour issues (sick notes, late for work, leave etc)
