A 5* 150 roomed hotel seeks a qualified and experienced hotel restaurant manager with minimum 3 years experience as restaurant manager in a 4-5* corporate or city hotel with over 120 rooms. Applicants who do not have the above specific hotel experience, will not be contacted or communicated with! No skype or telephonic interviews will be given and candidates must be able to attend an interview in person, at own expense. Open to South African citizens only or non citizens who hold valid South African Permanent Residency. This is also an EE / AA appointment. The client is also only considering candidates with a STABLE work record in recognised hotels!
