RESTAURANT MANAGER REQUIRED

A popular 40 seater Wine Bar and Restaurant, located at a historic site in Stellenbosch, requires a qualified and vibrant manager. This is a dynamic position and our client requires a well spoken, enthusiastic candidate who is fully bilingual. Working hours includes public holidays and weekends.

Requirements:
• Hospitality diploma or equivalent
• 2+ Years experience in a similar position
• Energetic and enthusiastic
• Great communication skills and people orientated
• Focus on service excellence
• Strong managerial skill set
• Sound wine and food knowledge
• Strong administration skills
