They are now looking for an enthusiastic and confident individual to take on a Restaurant Management position within their dynamic franchise group. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the franchise, under the General Manager’s supervision, including store opening and closing, staff management and training and stock control. Not only does this position involve restaurant administration, but also a great deal of client liaison and hosting. To succeed in this position, you must have at least 2 years of previous experience in the management of busy, up-market restaurants and knowledge of the PILOT point of sale system. A Food & Beverage or Hospitality Management qualification will be beneficial, and all applicants must have their driver’s license and own vehicle.
