Additional benefits are provided. Description: We require a dynamic Restaurant Manager for this upmarket bistro-brasserie style Restaurant on a Wine Estate in Paarl. Fluency in both Afrikaans and English is essential. We are looking for someone with an outgoing and welcoming personality and excellent food and beverage skills. You must be passionate about the delivery of personalized, excellent service to each and every guest and be able to motivate staff to "go the extra mile" and exceed guest expectation. The manager will be responsible for the day to day running of the restaurant front of house but the emphasis is on being "on the floor" and ensuring that the finer details of service are attended to and that all relevant systems are in place. The Restaurant is open from Monday to Sunday during the day and in the evenings on a Friday. You must be willing to work most weekends as this is the busiest time on The Estate. We require a minimum of two years of management experience in a busy, up-market restaurant. A Food & Beverage or Hospitality Management qualification will be beneficial. Could you fill these shoes?
