RedCat Recruitment is seeking a RESTAURANT MANAGER – position based in the KZN Midlands area.

JOB DESCRIPTION / REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12.
Computer literate (MS Office, Email / Internet). Experience on hospitality computer programmes a strong advantage.
English / Zulu speaking.
5yrs+ previous experience as a Restaurant Manager ESSENTIAL!
Driver’s license and own transport ESSENTIAL!
Stock control / management experience.
Excellent customer service skills.
Staff management experience.
Person will be required to work long hours / weekends / public holidays.
Person must be willing to relocate to the Howick / Nottingham Road / Mooi River area.

Salary offered: R12 000-00 – R15 000-00 per month (negotiable, depending on previous experience)
