Established Estate in Deep South Peninsula are needing a disciplined, driven and dedicated FOH/RESTAURANT Manager to take responsibility for the running of their upmarket restaurant. Duties include ensuring smooth running of Restaurant, maintaining standards (including grounds etc) including implementing controls, ensuring staff adhere to rules and procedures, staff control, staff rostering, managing cash ups, stock control, set up, opening and closing whilst adhering to strict processes. A High level of service needs to be maintained at all times. Salary on offer R15 000.
