Our client, an elite and upmarket Hotel and Wine Estate situated between Franschhoek and Paarl, requires a Restaurant Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the entire restaurant/hotel operation, including front-of-house and back-of-house
• Deliver superior guest services and ensure absolute customer satisfaction
• Respond efficiently to customer complaints
• Organize and supervise shifts
• Estimate consumption, forecast requirements and maintain inventory
• Track compliance with sanitation and safety rules and regulations

Minimum Requirements:
• Matric
• At least 2 years working experience as restaurant manager or restaurant general manager.
• Extensive food and beverage knowledge
• Proficiency in English and Afrikaans
• Familiarity with restaurant management software
• Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
• Acute financial management skills

Salary on offer: R 12 000 p/m
