Restaurant manager required with kitchen interest and experience essential OR a chef who has FOH interest or experience for a very busy family restaurant in Claremont, Cape Town

Candidate will be required to work 6 shifts a week and shift work for day and night shifts will apply.
Duties include:
Admin duties - Entering of invoices into POS
- Inventory control - Production and wastage
- Stock count and variances
- Recipe control and preparation procedures
- Kitchen shift rosters and control as well as updating rosters(sick notes, no show, overtime) and preparing working hours for payroll
- Disciplinary procedures both FOH and BOH
Daily Duties - Opening and closing duties associated with restaurant management
- Overseeing preparation procedures
- Supervision of BOH staff whilst on shift
- FOH supervision
- Cash up of FOH staff
- Customer satisfaction
- Ensure BOH and FOH procedures are being followed

Other duties not mentioned above - Shift Rosters FOH and BOH
- Reasonable requests made by senior management
- Duties may change according to candidate or circumstances
