HARRISMITH - An upmarket restaurant chain is looking for an qualified and experienced RESTAURANT / KITCHEN MANAGER

Strong on stock control. Well presented and have good communication skills. Must have attention to detail. Must be able to live in a remote environment. Must work weekends. You should be able to work cleanly in a small kitchen , be able to to keep up with a busy pace especially at the weekend. MUST BE ABLE TO HANDLE PRESSURE

Candidate requires Hotel Management Diploma.

At least 3 - 4 Years experience
