Requirements

• Hospitality/ Relevant Qualification
• Moderate Financial Management Skills
• MS Office
• Micros POS
• 5 years experience in Hospitality
• At least 3 years as a Supervisor/ Restaurant Manager in a 4/5 star environment
• Driver’s license
• No previous terminations or CCMA appearances (advantageous)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maximize customer satisfaction
• Organise and supervise shifts
• Coordinate the House and Back of the House
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
• Withhold the restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it
• Promote the restaurant in the local community
