New trendy small Restaurant opening in Brooklyn is looking for an operations manager to open the new branch and ultimately look after 3 stores. Candidates with 5+ years management experience in an upmarket Restaurant will be considered. Must have very strong operations management skills with the ability to manage a complete Restaurant operation. Applicants must be well spoken and must have exceptional customer relations skills. Very strong staff management skills essential. All references must be contactable. Experience in area management beneficial. Applicants must ambitious, self motivated and energetic.
