Operations Manager needed for Restaurant group in Jhb north area. Candidates must have 10+ years senior management experience in Restaurant group environment. The successful candidate will provide 4 branches with day to day operations support and will assist in maximizing store potential. General duties include the maintaining of brand standards and service levels as well as doing shop reports. The position is suitable for a self motivated ambitious candidate with a hands on management style. Candidates must also have an understanding of sales and marketing. Experience in multi-store management essential. Must be willing to travel between shops and work Restaurant hours, not a day job. Salary 30 - 40K CTC.
