Key Responsibilities: Complete management of the Pub / RestaurantOpening and Closing of the Pub / RestaurantManaging all interactions with guests and staffMaintaining quality excellence and top service in a high pressure environmentEnsuring proper management of stockAssist with the recruitment, training, and development of team members.Set departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, policies and proceduresAchieve company objectives in sales, service, quality, appearance of facility, and sanitation.Create a positive and productive work environmentComply with regulations, health, fire and safety legislationEnsure strong communication and host team member meetings on a regular basisEvaluate guest service levels with a focus on continuous improvement
