The Restaurant Senior Manager will be responsible for the overall operational effectiveness of the Restaurant.

Must Have 2-3 years experience in a similar role. Matric Essential. Have knowledge of the restaurant industry. Must have managed a group of people before. Monitor standards of service and presentation. Responsible for the overall management of the restaurant. Maintain staff morale. Run a shift. Ensure the restaurant provides excellent customer experience. Manage stock ordering, receiving, stock take and invoicing. Ensure restaurant cleanliness. Ensure that staff adheres to operating procedures. Assume duties and responsibilities of another manager when they are on leave. Shift work and weekend work is necessary.

The successful candidate must be assertive, self reliant, strong communication skills, self driven, self motivated, responsible, accountable and trustworthy. The individual must be committed, have the ability to work independently and within a team and well under pressure. The individual must be willing to share knowledge and ideas.
