Restaurant Service Managers – Pretoria Based
Salary: Basic: R6 000 gross + comm + daily tips + provident fund

A large and well known restaurant and bistro based in the Pretoria Regions are currently looking for Service Managers with at least 3-5 years’ experience as Service Manager to start as soon as possible at the following branches: Candidates will be split between 3 branches (9 per branch) – Murrayfields, Southdowns & Loftus

Requirements:
Matric
Previous Service Manager/Restaurant Management experience required
Own transport
Afrikaans & English speaking
Presentable
Outgoing personality

Duties includes, but are not limited to:
Each Service Manager will be given a section in the Restaurant to look after
It will be their duty to ensure the highest standard & service in their section is adhered to
They will take all orders and ensure delivery by runners allocated to them
Each section needs to be clean and presentable at all times
Training of staff allocated to them
